Associate AI & Business Operations

CallHippo is an AI-driven business communication platform serving 5,000+ companies worldwide. Our solutions include business calling, AI voice agents, call-centre software, conversation intelligence, and an omnichannel inbox, with virtual numbers in 150+ countries and 100+ integrations.

We are looking for a problem-solver who can understand how our business operates across departments, identify process gaps, and drive improvements that make the company more efficient. You will work across teams to understand existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, unnecessary manual effort, duplication, and opportunities for improvement. You will then recommend and implement practical solutions using process redesign, automation, existing software, AI tools, or other suitable approaches.

• Understand business processes: Map and analyse workflows across departments to understand how work gets done and where gaps exist.
• Identify improvement opportunities: Find bottlenecks, inefficiencies, repetitive tasks, delays, and unnecessary costs.
• Recommend solutions: Propose practical improvements through workflow redesign, process standardisation, automation, AI, or better use of existing tools.
• Drive implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to turn recommendations into working solutions and ensure adoption.
• Explore AI and automation: Evaluate relevant tools, build proofs of concept, and implement solutions where they create measurable value.
• Measure business impact: Track improvements in productivity, turnaround time, operational costs, accuracy, and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with business, product, engineering, and operations teams to solve problems and improve execution.
• Take ownership: Follow initiatives from identifying the problem to implementing the solution and measuring the outcome.

• 2-3 years of professional experience with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and cross-functional processes.
• Ability to identify operational gaps, analyse root causes, and recommend practical improvements.
• Structured problem-solving skills and the ability to break complex business problems into actionable steps.
• Comfort with data, process mapping, workflow documentation, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grokbot
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with different teams, and drive initiatives through execution.
• Strong communication skills to explain problems, recommendations, and business impact clearly.
