Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in agency channel development or similar role (life insurance preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech or MBA Marketing).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams.
• Strong understanding of field sales management principles and practices.
