Associate Agency Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through effective recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase agent productivity, retention, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the tied channel network and develop plans to capitalize on them.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Agency Development or related field (e.g., Agency Sales).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Life Insurance).
• Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results through effective leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry trends, products, and regulations; knowledge of tied channel distribution channels an asset.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
