Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through effective recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of tied channel partnerships for life insurance products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive field sales landscape.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Agency Development or related field (e.g., Agency Management).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance industry dynamics, including tied channels and distribution networks.
