The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance agents to drive sales and meet the companys growth objectives. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, providing ongoing support and motivation to agents, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic work environment and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities - Recruit and onboard new insurance agents to build and expand the agency network.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of agency members.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote insurance products.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales results for management review.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
