- Executing multi-step organic synthesis reactions safely and efficiently.
- Developing, optimizing, and scaling up robust chemical processes.
- Troubleshooting reaction steps and interpreting analytical data (NMR, HPLC, GC, Mass Spec, TLC).
- Maintaining flawless documentation, lab notebooks, and adhering to strict EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) guidelines.
