Associate - 1 (Audit)

Role & Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements for global clients.
• Assist in financial statement analysis and audit documentation.
• Perform audit testing and reconciliations.
• Review accounting records and supporting documents.
• Work closely with audit teams to complete assigned deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards and internal quality procedures

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates/postgraduates looking to build a career in Audit and Assurance.
• Qualification: CPA Qualified/Pursuing, M.Com, or CA.
• M.Com graduates from 2025/2026 batch are eligible.
• CA Final candidates with at least one group cleared are eligible; completed articleship is preferred.
• US CPA candidates with a minimum of two papers cleared or CPA-qualified candidates are eligible.
• Minimum 60% throughout academics with no active backlogs.
• Regular/full-time education only; distance, online, and open university candidates are not eligible.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates available to join between September and October 2026.
• Willing to work in Bangalore or Kolkata on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
