RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for mobile applications on iOS and Android, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Apply user-cantered design methodologies and design thinking principles to solve complex customer problems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders within Agile product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Articulate and defend design decisions using a combination of customer insights, usability findings, and business rationale.
- Design and optimize multilingual experiences, including Urdu-language interfaces, ensuring proper support for right-to-left (RTL) layout and localization best practices.
- Conduct or support customer research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design practices to create equitable experiences for all users.
- Maintain and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Adapt designs for fintech, digital wallet, banking, or payment solutions as needed, with a focus on trust, security, and usability. Qualifications
