    • Monitor contractor execution to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
    • Participate in technical workshops, coordination meetings, and site progress reviews.
    • Manage interfaces between electrical systems and other disciplines including mechanical, ICT, controls, fire systems, and civil works.
    • Support timely resolution of technical and interface issues on site.

    Construction Oversight, Testing & Commissioning

    • Provide on-site technical oversight during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
    • Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), factory acceptance tests (FATs), site acceptance tests (SATs), and commissioning procedures.
    • Support integrated systems testing (IST) and end-to-end power system validation.
    • Ensure electrical systems are delivered in line with redundancy, resilience, and reliability requirements.
    • Support readiness-for-operations and smooth transition to facilities and operations teams.

    Risk, Quality & Safety Support

    • Identify electrical-related risks and support mitigation planning.
    • Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and technical compliance requirements.
    • Support safety reviews, audits, and incident investigations related to electrical works.
    • Assist in resolving non-conformances, defects, and punch list items prior to handover.

    Technical Expertise (Data Center Focus)

    • Data center and mission-critical electrical infrastructure delivery.
    • HV and LV power distribution systems.
    • UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, PDUs, and RPPs.
    • Electrical redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N, distributed redundancy).
    • Grounding and earthing systems, lightning protection, and power quality.
    • Electrical system protection, coordination, and selectivity.
    • Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier I-IV standards.
    • Knowledge of relevant international and local electrical codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NFPA, local regulations).

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.

    Experience

    • 15-20 years of overall experience in electrical engineering or electrical systems delivery.
    • Direct experience on data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
    • Proven experience supporting full project lifecycle delivery, from design through commissioning and handover.

    Professional Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

    • Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent.
    • Data center-related certifications (e.g., Uptime Institute ATD, CDCP).
    • Electrical safety or commissioning-related certifications are an advantage.

    Core Competencies

    • Strong technical judgment and attention to detail.
    • Effective coordination and interface management with contractors and consultants.
    • Clear, confident communication with clients and project teams.
    • Practical problem-solving and decision-support capability.
