About this role

- Lead, manage, and mentor the US-focused cold-calling/lead-generation team .
- Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
- Develop effective US outbound calling and lead-generation strategies .
- Monitor team performance, lead quality, meetings, and conversions.
- Train the team on calling techniques, objection handling, and US business communication.
- Work closely with the Business Development team for effective lead handover.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve lead-generation processes.

- 5-8 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development .
- Proven experience managing a cold-calling team targeting the US market .
- Excellent English communication and people-management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B prospecting and lead qualification.
- Target-driven with strong coaching and analytical abilities.
- Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
- AEC Industry experience will be an added advantage , especially in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, or AEC technology services.
