Assitance Manager, IT

Roles & Responsibilities

1. IT Systems Management: Manage day-to-day operations and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, MySQL, and other enterprise applications.

2. Clinical IT Operations: Ensure the availability and smooth functioning of RIS, PACS, LIS, and imaging systems across all diagnostic centres, including CT, MRI, and PET-CT.

3. IT Infrastructure & Networking: Oversee servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity across multiple locations.

4. Data Security & Compliance: Implement access controls, patch management, data backups, audit logs, and disaster recovery procedures to protect healthcare information.

5. Vendor & SLA Management: Coordinate with IT, medical equipment, and telecom vendors; monitor service levels, maintenance contracts, and system downtime.

6. Team Supervision & Technical Support: Supervise IT support teams, allocate daily tasks, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues reported by diagnostic centres.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 6-10 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or diagnostic chain.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with RIS, PACS, LIS, networking, server administration, and DICOM/HL7 integrations.
• Additional Competencies: Knowledge of IT security, healthcare data privacy, ITIL practices, vendor management, and multi-site IT operations.
