Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate an on-roll field sales team
• Drive B2C sales performance and achieve business targets
• Handle portfolio management and ensure business growth
• Monitor and control attrition & shrinkage within the team
• Implement effective sales strategies and processes
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in team handling (on-roll field sales team)
• Strong experience in B2C Sales
• Good understanding of portfolio management
• Expertise in attrition & shrinkage management
• Insurance industry experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred.
