Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HNI Leader to manage High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) clients and drive general insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing business opportunities, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• HNI Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients and understand their insurance needs.
• Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and achieve general insurance premium targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business goals and improve performance.
• Policy & Renewal Management: Ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and coordination for claims and customer service.
• Relationship & Portfolio Growth: Develop long-term client relationships, improve client retention, and expand the insurance portfolio.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of general insurance products.
• Experience in HNI client servicing and business development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or relevant qualification is an advantage.
• 5-8 years of experience in general insurance, preferably in HNI sales or relationship management.
