Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President Gold Loans to lead regional business operations, drive business growth, manage multiple branches, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Gold Loan business across the assigned region.
• Manage regional / multi-branch business operations and achieve business targets.
• Drive disbursement, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch and regional teams.
• Handle team building, staff hiring, training, and employee development.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
• Monitor branch performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
• Conduct regular branch visits and take corrective actions to improve performance.
• Review MIS and business reports and ensure timely action on performance gaps.
• Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, HR, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant Gold Loan experience.
• 3+ years of experience in team management / leadership.
• Experience handling multiple branches / regional business.
• Strong exposure to Business Development, Sales, and Staff Hiring.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
