Job Title :: Assistant Vice President – Legal

We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a litigation-oriented legal generalist with strong exposure to legal advisory, employment/labour matters and corporate legal matters.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience with a reputed small/mid-sized law firm and/or strong in-house legal experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in litigation, dispute resolution and legal advisory.
• Exposure to employment/labour laws, HR advisory, employee disputes and disciplinary matters.
• Experience in POSH matters, investigations and employment-related legal issues.
• Exposure to corporate, commercial, leasing and contractual matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of Indian labour, employment and corporate laws.
• Strong academic background and ability to work independently.
• This is an individual contributor role with no team-management responsibility.

We are particularly interested in lawyers who have worked across litigation + advisory + employment/labour + general corporate matters, rather than highly specialized contract-only profiles.
