Imarticus Learning is one of India's fastest-growing EdTech and skilling organizations. You will join our expanding Government & Public Sector Business Unit, part of a 120-member enterprise team, delivering large-scale skilling and employability programs across India.

Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Business Development to lead Government, PSU, and CSR partnerships. The ideal candidate has deep experience in national/state skilling missions, public sector sales, CSR-led initiatives, and multi-stakeholder program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own revenue and P&L for the region; achieve quarterly/annual targets.

- Lead acquisition of Government, PSU, SSC, and CSR opportunities.

- Develop tender and non-tender proposals; manage RFPs, compliance, and consortiums.

- Build strong relationships across central/state departments & public sector entities.

- Engage with PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, SSCs, Skill India, Mission Karmayogi, etc.

- Liaise with Sector Skill Councils for program approvals and certifications.

- Enable execution teams and ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 10+ years in Government/PSU/CSR skilling business development.

- Proven experience with major skilling schemes (PMKVY, DDU-GKY, SSCs, etc.).

- Strong network across govt. departments & public sector ecosystems.

- Expertise in tendering, proposal writing, and negotiation.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

- Graduate; MBA preferred.
