We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIT team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
Senior Manager - Technical Specialis t About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist to lead complex development and enhancement initiatives for multi-regional clients in the Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise across integration, automation, middleware, APIs, and modern AI/ML capabilities, coupled with strong program management, vendor governance, and exceptional stakeholder communication. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, client-focused delivery, and the ability to drive process improvements that accelerate value realizati

- ps.Drive process improvements by analyzing current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and instituting lean and ITIL-aligned practic
- es.Manage vendor relationships and performance, including selection, contract scoping, SOWs, risk management, and periodic revie
- ws.Ensure compliance with regulatory and data security requirements applicable to Insurance and cross-border engagemen
