Assistant Vice President - Product Management Cross Sell

Role Overview

• This job role will require the incumbent to drive growth in cross-sell business through offer base expansion, policy-aligned optimization, funnel efficiency enhancement, workflow development, and campaign profitability management.

Role & responsibilities

• Increase eligible offer base across products through analytics-led targeting and segmentation.
• Align offer bases with risk, credit and business policies to improve base efficiency and conversion.
• Monitor end-to-end customer funnels; identify and reduce drop-offs to improve throughput and booking rates.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Analytics, Operations and Technology teams to optimize offer generation and customer journeys.
• Support workflow development, UAT testing and deployment of new offer bases, policies and business rules.
• Develop MIS dashboards and performance reviews for offer utilization, conversion and productivity metrics.
• Create and manage P&L for each campaign and business vertical, tracking revenue, costs, ROI and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

• 812 years in Banking / Financial Services with experience in Cross Sell, Portfolio Management, Analytics or Campaign Management.
• MBA/PGDM would be preferred
