Assistant Vice President - Growth - BPO/BPM

Job Summary:

This is a builder's role. You will own Stefto's international revenue agenda end to end: choosing the markets, opening the doors, closing the deals and growing the accounts, backed by a delivery engine that already serves India's top banks and ARCs.

What You'll Do:

- Build and execute the international growth strategy across priority markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC)

- Win new clients for Stefto's customer care, CX, collections and debt management services

- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, RFPs, pricing, negotiation and closure

- Build CXO-level relationships with banks, lenders, fintechs, debt buyers and enterprise brands overseas

- Leverage Stefto's track record with large Indian banks and ARCs to win global BFSI and collections mandates

- Partner with operations and delivery teams to design winning solutions and ensure smooth transitions

- Develop channel partners, alliances and advisor networks to speed up market entry

- Own the pipeline, forecasts and revenue reporting to the CEO

- Represent Stefto at global industry events and client meetings

- Build and lead a growth team as the function scales

Who Should Apply:

This role is specifically for professionals who have sold BPO/BPM services to international clients. You're a strong fit if you have:

- 10 - 15 years in business development, with at least 5 - 6 years in international BD within the BPO/BPM/CX industry

- A proven record of winning and growing offshore contracts with clients in the US, UK, Middle East or APAC

- Hands-on experience selling customer support, CX, collections or back-office services

- Exposure to BFSI clients, debt collection agencies, debt buyers or ARCs (strong advantage)

- An active network of decision-makers in overseas markets

- Sharp commercial skills in pricing, deal structuring and contract negotiation

- CXO-level presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

- An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to build something new

- Willingness to travel internationally; MBA preferred
