Job Responsibilities -

1. Reaching out to senior leaders in finance / treasury / HR at Corporates, MNCs & SMEs for managing their employee benefit funds.

2. Build and scale new B2B relationships through direct origination, ecosystem partnerships, and strategic referrals.

3. Design and propose customized employee benefit fund structures aligned to client demographics, cash-flow needs, risk appetite, and regulatory framework.

4. Present fund performance, pricing logic, actuarial assumptions, and financial impact analysis to client stakeholders.

5. Work closely with internal stakeholders actuarial, investments, finance, underwriting, operations, and compliance for seamless solution delivery.

6. Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI guidelines, internal risk framework, underwriting norms, and approval matrices.

7. Maintain robust documentation, proposal notes, pricing rationale, and audit-ready records.

8. Monitor fund performance metrics, claims trends, persistency and client servicing SLAs
