Assistant Vice President - Gift City Compliance

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI guidelines and regulations for NBFCs.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in compliance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 7-18 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or similar role in an NBFC or banking industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, particularly those related to RBI guidelines.
• Proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs that minimize risk exposure.
• Experience working in GIFT City or similar financial hubs.
