Assistant Vice President Accounts And Finance

We are looking for an experienced AVP Finance & Accounts to lead the Finance & Accounts function for our real estate business. The incumbent will be responsible for financial planning, accounting operations, project finance, treasury, statutory compliance, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and team management. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in the real estate industry.

• IND-AS / Accounting Standards Compliance

• General Ledger & Bank Reconciliation Management

• Project Accounting & Cost Control

• Project Budgeting & Profitability Monitoring

• WIP, Construction & Land Cost Accounting

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Cash Flow, Treasury & Liquidity Management

• Banking, Fund Management & Borrowing Optimization

• GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC Compliance

• RERA Financial Compliance & Escrow Monitoring

• Statutory, Internal & Tax Audit Management

• MIS, Financial Reporting & Business Analytics

• Customer Collections & Receivable Management

• Vendor, Contractor Billing & Payment Management

• Internal Controls, SOPs & Risk Management

• Project Finance, Fund Raising & Lender Coordination

• Cross-functional Coordination with Projects, Procurement, Sales & CRM

Skills & Competencies

• 15 -20 years of experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, IND-AS, RERA Compliance & Statutory Audits.

• Proficient in Project Accounting, Cost Control, Treasury, Cash Flow & Working Capital Management.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally), Advanced MS Excel & Financial Analysis.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. What We Offer
