Role & responsibilities

• Designing and Facilitating Training: The Coordinator is responsible for creating dynamic content and methodologies that connect with adult learners in operational environments.
• Engaging Facilitation: The coordinator must energize facilitation to keep groups of 15-25 agents engaged during long classroom sessions. Patience with participants who learn at different speeds and openness to questions without judgment are essential skills.
• Collaboration with Quality and Operations Teams: The Coordinator collaborates with quality and operations teams to identify skill gaps and design targeted training programs.
• Keeping Training Dynamic and Updated: The Coordinator continuously improves training methods to adapt to new trends, technologies, and client expectations.
  These responsibilities are vital for the success of the BPO, as they ensure that employees are skilled and ready to perform their roles effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have more than 1 yr of exp as AM- Training on paper.

Good comm skills

Location will be Lucknow
