Assistant To HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
• Provide support to the HR Manager in implementing company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Coordinate plant-level HR activities including attendance management, leave tracking, and performance appraisals.

Job Requirements :

• 9-18 years of experience in an automotive industry setting.
• Strong understanding of corporate HR practices and processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
