Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Team Lead with hands-on experience in quick-commerce operations, last-mile delivery, delivery rider hiring, and fleet management. Candidates must have mandatory Fleet Coach experience and strong knowledge of local areas, delivery routes, and PIN codes across Bengaluru or Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily quick-commerce and last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Hire, onboard, and manage delivery riders according to business requirements and order volumes.
• Monitor rider availability, attendance, productivity, and delivery performance.
• Maintain adequate rider strength to meet daily operational targets.
• Possess strong knowledge of local areas, routes, and PIN codes in Bengaluru or Chennai.
• Allocate orders efficiently and minimize delivery delays, cancellations, and failed deliveries.
• Coordinate with store teams, hub operations, fleet teams, and central operations.
• Track daily order volumes, rider performance, pending orders, and operational KPIs.
• Resolve rider-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and support the Team Lead in achieving business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Quick-commerce experience is mandatory.
• Fleet Coach experience is mandatory.
• Delivery rider hiring and onboarding experience is mandatory.
• Strong local area and PIN code knowledge of Bengaluru or Chennai.
• Good communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Willingness to work in assigned locations across Bengaluru and Chennai.

Salary

• Annual CTC: Up to 3,00,000 (3 LPA).

Candidates currently working as Fleet Coaches, Assistant Team Leads, Fleet Supervisors, or Last-Mile Operations Executives in quick-commerce companies, with proven rider hiring experience, are encouraged to apply.
