Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead in managing daily activities and coordinating the academic content writing team.
• Assign tasks to content writers based on their skills, availability, and workload.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with in-house and freelance content writers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Track daily work progress and maintain productivity reports.
• Guide and support team members in completing assigned tasks.
• Oversee the preparation of academic content, study materials, and entrance exam-oriented questions and answers.
• Ensure content quality and coordinate necessary corrections.
• Train and support new content writers.
• Report team progress, challenges, and updates to the Team Lead.
• Maintain team discipline, accountability, and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
• UGC NET-qualified candidates will be given preference.
• Strong team management and coordination skills.
• Good English communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workloads, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic understanding of academic content development and research.

Preferred Skills

• UGC NET qualification.
• Previous experience in team coordination, academic content development, or content management.
• Ability to manage in-house and freelance writers.
• Strong reporting, planning, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to motivate team members and improve productivity.
