Assistant Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

An Assistant Team Leader (ATL) for Last Mile operations at Delhivery Limited supports daily delivery center activities, manages field staff, and ensures smooth package dispatch and delivery.

Operations Management: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, sorting, scanning, route planning, and load optimization at the delivery center.

Team Handling: Supervise Delivery Executives, field staff, and vendor labor, including tracking attendance and managing shift rosters.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery success rates, turnaround time (TAT), and return-to-origin (RTO) metrics.

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain daily management information system (MIS) reports using Microsoft Excel and enforce workplace safety standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations.
• Skills: Good communication, basic problem-solving, and working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Education: Bachelors/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but flexible based on experience).
