Hiring for Assistant Team Leader (EVPA)(6+yrs)

Prochant is seeking an experienced and highly organized Intake Assistant Team Leader to oversee our daily intake operations. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and monitor a dedicated team of Intake Specialists to ensure all incoming data, client applications, or referrals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership

• Supervise and motivate the EVPA Specialist team to meet and exceed daily operational objectives and metrics.
• Train and onboard new hires on intake protocols, CRM software, and compliance standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide constructive coaching.
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation to maintain smooth workflow operations during peak hours.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Deep expertise across Intake, EV, PA
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payer rules.
• Last designation should be Subject matter expert / Assistant Team leader
• Proven experience managing largescale operations (15 to 25 plus FTEs preferred).
• Excellent client engagement, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Track record in process improvement, automation, and operational transformation.
• Strategic mindset with strong decisionmaking and people leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 6+ years of overall US healthcare RCM operations experience.
