Position Overview
Prochant is looking for an experienced Assistant Team Lead with strong team-management and operational expertise within the US Healthcare RCM domain.

Eligibility Criteria

• 1+ year as an Assistant Team Lead or 2+ years as an SME with proven team-handling experience.
• Hands-on experience managing AR Voice teams and/or End-to-End RCM teams.
• Strong people-management, communication, and performance-management skills.
• Experience in US Healthcare / RCM is preferred.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day team operations.
• Drive productivity, quality, and process adherence.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve performance targets.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement.
