Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing & Engineering positions.
• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Stakeholder and hiring manager coordination.
• Talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Recruitment MIS, reporting, and vendor management.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory experience in hiring for Manufacturing/Engineering companies.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Hosur & Harohalli manufacturing units.
• Manufacturing plant experience mandatory
