Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct background verifications, reference checks, and other pre-employment assessments to ensure candidate quality.
• Coordinate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure seamless onboarding process by coordinating new employee orientation, training, and paperwork completion.

Job Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Strong understanding of Assistant Human Resource Manager responsibilities such as recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency in Offer Negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple offers simultaneously.
• Experience with Background Verification procedures including criminal records check.
