Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze data to identify trends in talent acquisition metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of Recruitment (TA) processes including sourcing candidates through various channels like social media platforms.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
