About this role
- Key Responsibilities
- Quality checking of finished products at different stages of production
- Monitoring taste, texture, colour, appearance and overall product quality
- Ensuring products meet defined quality standards
- Identifying quality issues and coordinating with the Production team
- Maintaining quality records and inspection reports
- Ensuring hygiene, food safety and process compliance
- Conducting regular checks of raw materials and finished products
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Namkeen / FMCG / Food Industry
Good knowledge of food product quality parameters
Strong observation and quality-checking skills
Graduate in any stream
Ability to work effectively with Production & Quality responsibilities
