Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and performance management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years' experience in retail sales or related field (apparel/beauty/counter sales/fashion/jewellery/luxury/perfumes/retail sales/showroom sales).
• Proven track record in driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and shopping habits in the beauty & personal care industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets.
