Role & responsibilities
1)Operations Management: Oversee all dark store activities and manage multiple shifts (Morning, Evening, Night).
2)10-Minute Fulfillment: Ensure high order accuracy and meet the 10-minute delivery time target.
3)Inventory Control: Manage stock, monitor levels, and actively reduce shrinkage/pilferage.
4)Team Leadership: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the operational team.
5)Compliance & Safety: Enforce all SOPs and safety/security standards.
6)Performance Reporting: Track and report key metrics like OPD (Orders Per Day/Hour).
7)Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and maintain service standards.

2)High sense of ownership and a results-oriented approach.
3)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4)Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
