Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction strategies.
  
• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and implement effective team handling techniques to motivate staff and improve overall performance.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for process improvements.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in retail store operations or a related field (luxury retail preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as Shrinkage Control, Inventory Management, QSR principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  
• Proven track record in controlling costs while maintaining high levels of customer service.
