Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee floor management to ensure an efficient use of space and optimal product display.
• Develop strategies to drive sales growth through effective showroom management and luxury sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in retail store operations or related field (beauty & personal care industry preferred).
• Proven track record in managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of luxury sales principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Experience with skin care products or services is desirable but not essential.
