Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated AssistantShowroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a passion for design, retail excellence, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff to meet sales and service goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through closing
• Drive sales performance,manage KPIs, and achieve monthly and annual targets
• Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising, and product displays
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and leadership teams
• Track inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management
• Prepare reports on sales activity, trends, and performance

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in apparel retail or showroom management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Results-driven with a hands-on leadership style.
• Proficient in POS systems, CRM tools, and basic reporting.
• Flexible to work on weekends and as per business requirements.
• Ability to manage and operate a showroom of up to 10,000 sq. ft
