Assistant Store Manager

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise store staff and manage day-to-day operations of the dark store.
• Monitor driver performance and support improvements in operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch/delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintain operational records, prepare reports, and complete necessary documentation.
• Ensure basic store maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct daily inspections of the dark store to ensure proper hygiene, safety, and overall store conditions.
• Coordinate and maintain the fleet and dark store assets.
• Track daily operational performance and ensure assigned KPIs and targets are achieved.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months or more in field sourcing, telecalling, operations, or a related role.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge of the city is an added advantage.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a dark store/operations environment.

Salary

24,000 onwards per month (as applicable based on experience and interview).
