Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise store staff to ensure efficient stock management, sales floor appearance, and customer service.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an inviting shopping environment.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in retail or related field with a focus on store management.
• Strong knowledge of store keeping, planning, setup, and operations.
• Excellent stock inventory control skills with ability to manage large quantities of products.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve sales goals.
