About the Role

Purple United Kids is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall store operations and daily activities.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise and guide store staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.
• Handle billing operations, cash management, and daily store reports.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational compliance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store staff.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in retail sales and store operations.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, Kidswear, Lifestyle, or Retail brands preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
