Assistant Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee sales floor appearance, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
  
• Develop strategies to reduce shrinkage through effective loss prevention measures.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics) for efficient stock replenishment and store setup.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to retail operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in a similar role within the textile & apparel industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of store management principles, including inventory control systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer service.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store performance.
