Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee counter sales, showroom sales, and retail sales teams to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-15 years' experience in apparel, beauty, fashion, jewelry or luxury goods retail sales or related field.
• Proven track record in managing stores or teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of counter sales, fashion trends, perfumes, skin care products & services; ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
