Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations.
• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Handle billing, stock checking, and product display as required.
• Maintain proper store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle basic customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare or maintain basic daily sales and stock reports.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement).
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer operations is an advantage.
• Customer-focused and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a team and handle responsibility.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
