Assistant Store Incharge (Hoodi)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist the Store In-Charge in managing daily store and warehouse operations.
• Handle inbound shipments, sorting, scanning, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock updates.
• Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch.
• Supervise store staff and support daily task allocation.
• Maintain shipment records, stock registers, and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged shipments, and operational issues to the Store In-Charge.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
• Support the Store In-Charge in achieving daily productivity and performance targets.
