Assistant Soft Service Facility Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of soft services such as housekeeping, security, and facilities maintenance to ensure a clean and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.
• Oversee the scheduling of tasks and resources to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to facilities management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management, security management, and software services.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
