Assistant Service Manager

Summary

We have an opening for a Assistant Service Manager.

You will work closely with your team to ensure day-to-day operations are executed to meet quality servicing expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

What You Will Do

• Responsible for service activities in India.
• Guide, support and drive the service team.
• Need to interact with HQ in Singapore and Principal from different parts of the world to maintain a smooth service operations.
• Be knowledgeable on products and markets such that we can match company solutions to customers.

What You Must Have

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service of Vacuum pumps and Vacuum systems
• Preferable with technical experience in Vacuum Technology or Thin Film Industry.
• Knowledge on Refrigeration system will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Vacuum components.
• Highly independent, resourceful, proactive and a good decision maker.
