Assistant Sales & Marketing Executive

The Assistant Sales & Marketing Executive will support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and executing marketing activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to grow in the facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support
• Assist in identifying potential clients and maintaining lead databases.
• Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Follow up with clients under the guidance of senior executives.
• Client Coordination
• Handle initial client queries and direct them to the sales manager.
• Maintain records of client communications and feedback.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and operations staff.
• Administrative Tasks
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
• Maintain documentation of contracts, agreements, and client records.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or client meetings.
• Supporting manpower recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
• 1-5 years of experience in sales/marketing .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the facility management industry.
