Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary
Aluventa is looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional with a strong background in the aluminium doors and windows industry. The candidate must have a sound understanding of system aluminium, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities across retail, channel, and project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the aluminium doors and windows industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, and end customers.
• Identify new markets, territories, and projects to expand Aluventa's business.
• Possess and apply sound technical knowledge of system aluminium doors, windows, profiles, hardware, and accessories.
• Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and on-site visits to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and internal teams for product specifications, drawings, measurements, and order execution..
• Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, lead pipelines, and project trackers.
• Follow up on sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer commitments.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to strengthen business relationships.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
