Assistant Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales for vending machines in the FOFO model across Pan India.
• Identify and convert potential franchise partners through presentations, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales, vending machines, FMCG, or consumer product sales.
• Knowledge of local territory, geography, and market dynamics.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and well-organized.
